**The Position**
Organon is hiring a Cardiovascular Brand and Customer Manager for our Nordics Market.
In this position, you will play a key role in maximizing the value of our cardiovascular portfolio.
You will be part of Marketing Team Cluster North West Europe and report to the Franchise Marketing Director.
**Responsibilities**
- Drive results and achieve financial milestones and specific strategic goals for brands in scope
- Drive the launch in all markets in scope
- Develop strategy for CV portfolio, establishing short term objectives and long term roadmap and delivering brand plans for each brand in scope
- Support sales team ensuring the right deliverables in place
- Leverage different commercial trade channels for the best business impact
