Our Brand Manager is responsible in developing & executing D.A.R.E.* brand & product strategies under his/her assigned Watsons Brands (under 1 category scope) in order to build differentiation, drive profitability and brand love for retail stores while attaining customer satisfaction in O+O stores and preference for Watsons products.*D-ifferent, A-nywhere, R-elationship with customers/community, Experience).
This role focuses on:
- Developing strategies for differentiation vs branded competitors and to capitalize on industry trends while achieving financial target through 100% delivery of category/brand sales, total profit, and sales participation.
- Business Development through on time delivery and execution of New Product Developments and be the first to launch trendy and innovative products relevant to the category.
