Responsibilities
Plan, create, and implement marketing campaigns and promotions for both ATL and BTL
Prepare, monitor, and present accurate and timely campaign progress and post-mortem
report and analysis to measure campaign effectiveness, and derive key learning for
business growth and decision-making
Liaise, align, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to conceptualize and
ensure the smooth execution of campaigns
Prepare sales sell-in kit and product deck for new product launches
Manage A&P budget for the assigned portfolio, forecasting and optimizing spends
Work closely with the sales team to develop trade activities and ensure proper trade
executions in the retail stores
Upkeep marketing data, categories assets, and materials (Gather and monitor market and
consumer trends and competitive information)
Manage and maintain the development of the product packaging designs (Domestic
