Team Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytically sharp brand analyst to be the operational backbone of the Brand Strategy team. You will manage the BHT, support brief coordination, conduct competitive and cultural research, and produce the analytical inputs that allow the Brand Strategy Lead and Brand Strategy Sr Manager to stay focused on strategy. You will also cross-train to serve as backup for the Brand Strategy Sr Manager during absences.

Role Responsibilities

  • STRATEGY & EXECUTION
    • Coordinate and operate BHT waves: collect data from the Insights team, update dashboards, flag brand attribute movements, and maintain version control.
    • Prepare regular competitive benchmarking reports — track how leading digital financial brands communicate across paid, owned, and earned channels.
