Brewery Team Member

Salary: £40,579.56 (Inclusive of 40% shift allowance)

Working pattern: Friday to Sunday, 12-hour shifts on a rolling rota:

• 6:00am – 6:00pm (day shift)
• 6:00pm – 6:00am (night shift)
  Shifts rotate weekly between days and nights.

We are looking for a Brewery Team Member to join our weekend team in Middleton. Mizkan is a global food company, producing well-known brands including Sarson’s, Hayward, Branston and OSU.

You will play a key role in ensuring our products are produced to the highest safety, quality and operational standards, while supporting day-to-day production and continuous improvement across the Brewery.

The role:

• Operating production processes (including cooking, filtration, pressing and transfers)
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Carrying out equipment checks and maintaining a clean, safe workspace
• Supporting production targets and daily priorities
