About the Role
The Broker Manager is responsible for developing and managing a broker network focused on premium and luxury residential condominium projects. The role drives sales through broker recruitment, accreditation, relationship management, and ongoing sales support to achieve company revenue targets.
Broker Recruitment & Channel Development
- Identify, recruit, and accredit high-performing real estate brokers and brokerage firms to partner with the company.
- Build, expand, and manage a strong network of brokers specializing in premium and luxury residential developments.
- Leverage industry affiliations and professional networks to increase broker engagement and project visibility.
