Key Responsibilities
+ Operate power brooms to clean roads, parking lots, and job sites by removing debris, dust, and loose materials
+ Operate rollers to compact asphalt, soil, and gravel to meet project specifications
+ Perform pre- and post-equipment inspections to ensure safe operation
+ Maintain equipment in clean and proper working condition
+ Follow all safety procedures and job site guidelines
+ Work closely with crew members and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently
