Summary Statement

The person in this position is responsible for assisting customers with merchandise and deployment needs, maintaining the BSC brand and customer service standards.

Essential Job Functions

• 
  
• (Point of Sale) Accurately enter all customer information into the POS system.
  
• (Point of Sale) Operate POS system to check out all customer purchases, returns or exchanges.
  
• (Customer Service) Answer telephone calls and welcome customers by greeting them, learning their shopping purpose, and providing customer satisfaction with a friendly, courteous and professional attitude.
