Responsibilities Under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the incumbent is responsible for the full range of budgetary management operations necessary to support the Library's programs and personnel. Specifically, the incumbent is responsible for the formulation, presentation, and execution of the budget for the Library of Congress and is Acting CFO in the absence of the CFO as directed.
