Position Summary:

Estimator will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious client acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You will assist the Sales Manager with estimating support, client presentations, and reporting.

Responsibilities: 
Interpret project documentation and develop Building Automation/Building Control design basis and cost estimates.
Work with the account manager to provide written responses to “Request for Proposals” (RFP), quotes, and/or specification clarifications.
Occasionally meet with consultants and owner groups to understand project scope, provide budgets and /or develop project specifications.
