We are looking for a Building Caretaker (Part Time) to join our Residential team in St. John's, NL. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will provide basic maintenance and general upkeep to Northview property grounds and buildings, depicting the pride of ownership and respect for our residents and delivering on our promise to residents to provide a safe and clean home in which to live.
