Responsibilities
- Liaise with subcontractor and order materials for temporary work
- Coordinate with subcon for precast shop dwg / Steel work shop dwg
- Prepare MOS for rectification work
- Liaise with consultants for dwg discrepancies
- Submission RFA / RFI for discrepancies/ shop dwgs/ proposal of site work
- Liaise with rebar suppliers for prefab cage/ mesh shop dwgs
- Order rebars/mesh/prefab cage to suppliers and liaise with suppliers for delivery in time
- Order cast-in items for precast supplier
- Coordinate with Archi & M&E coordinators for site construction
- To arrange C&S inspection and order concrete for casting (if require as per site condition)
- To arrange material testing (ordering sample, delivering sample to Lab, witness for testing)
