Purpose of the Job - Building Control Technician
Assist with the supervision and management of building control projects to ensure compliance with the Building Act, Building Regulations and associated legislation.
Carry out plan examinations, review technical drawings and calculations, and provide detailed feedback to applicants and stakeholders.
Undertake site inspections across a variety of construction projects at different stages of development.
