Southern Industrial Constructors seeks a Building Custodian for an on-going site in the Wilmington, NC area. This role is for an on-going assignment. Hired candidates will be considered for Benefits/Paid Time Off after 3-months.

+ Pick up shop floor trash
+ Run floor scrubber.
+ Assist with equipment maintenance with machine spills and clean up.
+ Painting, touchup and cleaning facility as directed.
+ Perform grounds maintenance as required.
+ Add coolant and lubricate machines as required.
+ Support other maintenance employees as directed.
+ Must have the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
