Job Description
CDC Holdings is hiring a Building Engineer to oversee facility management and maintenance for a residential property in Parañaque City. The ideal candidate holds at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, with a Mechanical Engineering license preferred. A background as an Engineering Supervisor or Assistant Manager in property management or hospitality is highly valued, along with experience as a Pollution Control Officer (PCO).
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering.
- Registered Mechanical Engineer, Civil and Electrical license is an advantage
- Required language(s): Filipino, English
