Building Fabric Technician

Location: Great Western Hospital, Swindon, SN3 6BB

Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 plus excellent benefits

Schedule: Full time 37.5 hours per week. Requirement to work shifts covering Monday – Sunday to cover on‑site operational hours of 7:00 – 19:00.

As a Building Fabric Technician in our Health team, you’ll help keep essential hospital environments safe, functional, and ready for the people who rely on them every day. Your work will directly support patient care by ensuring the building fabric and wider estate remain in excellent condition.
