We are seeking for experienced Building Managers/Assistant Managers to oversee the full spectrum of facilities management and operations for a commercial office building and retail mall. The role requires strong operational leadership, tenant engagement capability, and experience in management of building systems and service providers.

Lead daily building operations including M&E systems, cleaning, security, landscaping, and carpark management
Manage retail/office tenants, including fit-out coordination, tenancy handover/takeover, and feedback resolution
