Building Manager

Job Summary

We are currently working for a privately owned property company who have a requirement for a Building Manager to operate and manage a safe and well maintained building and reception for a block of privately rented residential flats. To be successful in this role you will have a track record of leading a small but high performing team, delivering a high standard of customer service and facilities management, ensuring that the requirements of the tenants are met in line with required company SOPs and Health & Safety standards are met. 

Your role will cover Operations, Customer Service & Relationship Management, Facilities Management, Health and Safety and the management of your on-site team. Being fully accountable suits your working style and you enjoy a busy hands on role, with a great balance of leadership, operations, administration, compliance and people management.
