We are seeking a reliable and hands‑on Building Manager for a 75‑unit residential rental property located in Lynn Valley, North Vancouver. This is a non‑live‑in position requiring strong on‑site presence, accountability, and the ability to respond effectively to daily operational and emergency needs. To ensure effective site coverage and timely response, this role is best suited for a candidate based in North Vancouver or within close proximity to the Lynn Valley area.

Position Overview

The Building Manager is responsible for the day‑to‑day operation of the property, ensuring the building is well‑maintained, financially controlled, and operating efficiently.
