We are seeking an experienced and proactive Building Manager to oversee the effective day to day management of a residential development, including building operations, car parks, landscaped areas, and internal and external facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of health & safety, security, maintenance, contractor management, and staff supervision, while delivering excellent customer service to residents, landlords, and stakeholders.
