Job Description
- Lead a team of engineers, officers and supervisors.
- Responsible for managing the building operations in terms of security, housekeeping, groundskeeping, and overall equipment functionality.
- Prepare and recommend the annual OPEX and CAPEX budget and ensure that expenses are within the approved budget.
- Ensure that utilities and services are paid on time, as well as other services rendered to the building by third‑party service providers and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with all LGU, BFP, DENR, DOE, DOLE, and DOH requirements, including permits and licenses to operate.
- Attend to the needs of the tenants and provide solutions to various concerns that arise within acceptable timelines.
