Building Operator - The Mullings Group (Metro Vancouver)

The Mullings Group has been retained by a national commercial property management company to assist in their search for a skilled and proactive Building Operator to manage the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and management of their commercial property in Calgary, Alberta, with the flexibility to support additional properties on an as-needed basis.

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, Commercial, the Building Operator ensures that HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, security, and related systems, including equipment serving critical tenant data centers, operate safely and efficiently and in compliance with Alberta and federal regulations. The schedule will be Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (40 hours per week), with the possibility of weekends or after hours for emergencies.
