JOB SUMMARY:
The Building Property Head shall be responsible for the day-to-day building/condominium/commercial operations, ensuring a safe environment, peaceful surroundings, adherence to rules, policies, and standards, and protection of property values. He/She shall be the point person of all unit owners and tenants with regard to queries, requests, and concerns they might have relevant to their property or leased space.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Draft, implement, and revisit building rules, ensuring they are adhered to and are continuously and uniformly implemented across all unit owners, tenants, guests, visitors, deliveries, and other suppliers.
