Job Description
We are looking for someone with strong electrical or mechanical building services experience, capable of managing their own workload, responding effectively to reactive issues, and maintaining high standards of compliance, documentation, and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Complete PPM and reactive maintenance across the Westfield contract.
Carry out scheduled PPM tasks on electrical and mechanical systems, including HVAC, lighting, power distribution, pumps, and control systems.
Diagnose faults and resolve issues promptly to minimise downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
Inspect, test, and maintain electrical assets such as wiring, lighting, and distribution boards.
Service and maintain mechanical systems including boilers, chillers, air-handling units, and associated infrastructure.
