Building Services Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced supervisor who will champion health and safety, support engineering leadership, and maintain strong working relationships across the ISS team, clients, suppliers and the wider ISS community. The role will ensure all works are delivered in line with contract requirements and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise the Engineering Day and Shift Team in the completion of planned maintenance and reactive repairs across M&E services and building fabric.

Ensure maximum uptime of building services and continuous support of client operations.

Support and adhere to ISS Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) and HASAWA, promoting a strong health and safety culture with a zero-accident goal.

Supervise, oversee and carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance and extra works/emergencies in line with contract requirements.
