**POSITION PURPOSE**
This person shall independently respond, evaluate, and repair reported/discovered maintenance problems in Trinity Health Ann Arbor (THAA) & related buildings, as well as execute assigned work orders/preventative maintenance tasks. This position provides a first look for issues related to departmental trade groups (e.g., Plumbers, Electricians, HVAC, etc.). The candidate shall escalate issues they are unable to address to proper trade group, leader, vendor, etc.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Makes repairs such as changing light bulbs, ballasts, light switches, and receptacles. Follows work standards set in NFPA 70E Electrical Safety in the Workplace. Safely works on electrical devices/items without power applied to the circuit (exception: parts operating at 50-volts or less after electrica...
