S.i. System's client is looking for a Business Advisor (Change Manager) to oversee governance, partner management and program level communication.
12 month contract - high chance of extension - 37.5 hours/week - 3 days a week onsite downtown Vancouver
MUST HAVES:
Minimum 10 years of heavy industry experience with sophisticated knowledge of ERP programs or digital transformation programs or major capital projects.
Understanding of and experience with continuous improvement methodologies, organizational transition processes and their applications 
NICE TO HAVES:
Ability to speak Spanish 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Program Governance Management: develop and manage Program Governance (reporting, steering committee (Executive Leadership Team), functional working group (Senior Management Team), Board meeting materials (when required) and prepare Governance materials (pre-read, post-read, presentation materials, decision memos).
