Your job is to help owners build a team, install structure, and stop being needed for every decision. You do this through Google Meet calls, clear homework, and direct accountability.
Position Vision
The Co-Pilot Advisor owns the complete client journey from Kickoff through Operate, guiding business owners through the COO Cycle (Clarity - Onboard - Operate) to reduce owner-dependence by building and training their Dream Team. The Advisor is a co-pilot, not a surrogate owner—they fly the plane, we guide. Success means clients move from this feels impossible to working less than 10 hours per week while their team grows the business profitably.
