Business Analyst – Senior

Work Location: Downtown Toronto near TTC and GO.

Hybrid: In office on Wednesday, Thursday, and every 4th Friday of the month. Schedule: Mon–Fri 9‑5 (37.5 hours per week).

Job Summary: Professional Business Analyst responsible for managing automation and invoice processing projects (Coupa) and supporting other operational initiatives.

Key Accountabilities

• Project Management & Execution – plan, execute, control, and close out projects or work packages, ensuring delivery against defined scope, schedule, and budget.
• Requirements Gathering & Analysis – collaborate with business partners to gather, validate, and document business requirements, and facilitate solution design discussions with stakeholders.
• Documentation & Reporting – maintain project documentation, including plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and change requests; generate regular updates for management.
