Salary and experience range:
Experience range – 7- 10 years – Salary – $100k/yr base + 5% Org bonus + 5% performance bonus
Experience range – 9- 12 years – Salary – $105k/yr base + 5% Org bonus + 5% performance bonus
Experience range – 12- 17 years – Salary – $120k/yr base + 10% Org bonus + 5% performance bonus
