About the role
As a Business Analyst in the Office of AI, you'll help turn AI potential into practical outcomes. You'll work with business and delivery teams to identify where AI can add real value, lead discovery and process conversations, and translate complex problems into clear, testable requirements, enabling responsible, scalable AI adoption across the organisation. This role offers a hybrid working environment.

Location: Sydney or Melbourne (preferred); flexible across other cities in Australia.

Key Responsibilities

Identify AI use cases aligned to business problems with teams, then shape them into well-defined use cases with clear success measures. 
Facilitate discovery, process and transformation workshops, documenting decisions and providing and analysis. 
Create clear artefacts, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps that teams can confidently build from acceptance criteria, business rules...
