TheDriveGroup has partnered with a well know brand who are looking for a Business Analyst to join the team. It is on a decommissioning program. Following some successful milestones hit by the team they are now looking to improve how payments and refunds are processed improving customer experience. To be successful you MUST HAVE:

- 5+ Business Analyst
- Payment processing and implementing secure payment solution
- Contact Centre
- Salesforce and Amadeus
- Document functional and non-functional requirements
- Mapping current and future state services
- Strong communication skills
- System Implementation
