Business Analyst – capital markets

We’re seeking experienced Business Analysts to support a financial institution on complex, high impact initiatives spanning post trade modernization, risk transfer, digital assets, and securities finance.

This role sits at the intersection of front to back trade flows, risk, and technology, with direct exposure to regulated, evolving market infrastructures.

• Work Model: Hybrid (3–4 days in office)

Responsibilities :

• Perform detailed analysis of end-to-end trade lifecycles (execution → clearing → settlement → downstream reporting)
• Translate business and regulatory needs into clear, traceable functional requirements
• Model current and target state processes, controls, and data flows
• Conduct impact assessments for changes affecting trading, risk, and post-trade operations
• Partner closely with Product Owners, IT, risk, legal, finance, and data teams
