Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate end-to-end business requirements gathering through interviews, workshops, and document analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
- Document business cases, process flows, data models, and user stories using Jira
- Propose new features and identify opportunities for process optimization and improvement
- Oversee the planning and execution of multiple concurrent software development projects
