Business Analyst

A bachelor’s level University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a similar discipline. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

A minimum of 15 years’ recent experience as a lead senior Business Analyst responsible for leading business requirements / process elicitation via multi-stakeholder workshop facilitation, interviews and surveys. Experience must include engagement with both clinical stakeholders (i.e. Family Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Specialists, governing bodies/societies), non-clinical stakeholders (Health Information Management SMEs, Administrative and Management staff, etc.), and executive-level stakeholders.
