Job Description

• Partner closely with regional stakeholders to identify challenges and opportunities
• Lead the standardisation of best practices, ensuring effective solutions are systematically documented to support future reference and reuse across markets
• Establish a strong relationship with the country leadership, providing regional guidance grounded
• Conduct operational assessments through regular engagement with on-the-ground teams to develop an understanding of operational pain points
• Translate qualitative feedback and operational insights into structured, actionable recommendations that inform regional decision-making and execution
• Support the rollout and execution of regional initiatives by ensuring alignment, managing sensitivities, and proactively addressing risks and resistance
