Responsibilities: Analyse and document current business systems and operational processes. Facilitate discovery workshops and gather requirements from stakeholders. Design process flows, user journeys, BPMN diagrams, and UML models. Write functional specs, user stories, and clear documentation. Collaborate with developers, QA, and UAT teams to validate features. Support CI/CD pipeline implementation and Dev Ops practices. Identify inefficiencies and propose scalable, creative solutions. Provide training and ongoing support to end users and internal teams.
