About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to serve as a key finance partner supporting our transformation initiatives. This role bridges strategy, finance, and project management driving process improvements, ensuring financial rigor, and enabling data-driven decisions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with the PMO and Finance teams to support transformation programs from planning to execution.
Identify, analyze, and document business and financial requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Support the design and implementation of new processes, systems, and financial reporting tools.
Conduct gap analysis, root cause assessments, and impact evaluations to guide decision-making.
Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics to measure success.
