Profile Requirements: 
Min 2 years previous experience in a Business Analyst, Test Analyst, QA Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role. 
Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and software testing methodologies. 
Exposure to project management or Agile delivery environments. 
Experience with ticketing and defect management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar. 
Technical knowledge of databases, APIs, software development, or system integrations.
