Sutherland is seeking an attentive and goal‑oriented person to join us as a Business Analyst for the NICE System program. The role requires gathering requirements, creating project documentation deliverables, performing data analysis, configuring applications, writing SQL, and conducting unit and system testing on various customer billable projects. The Analyst works closely with sales and service teams to define application metrics, reports, dashboards, data mapping, and other integration requirements. The Analyst ensures complex customer business requirements are accurately captured, documented, communicated, and understood by developers, consultants, and business and technology managers both internally at NICE and by customers.
