Business Analyst with extensive Procurement, Tendering and Security experience required for a demanding engagement lead the selection and procurement of a Managed Security Operations Centre (SOC). This is a Dublin based role and the successful candidate will be responsible for driving the business and technical requirements definition for the Managed SOC procurement, supporting vendor evaluation, and contributing to RFP development. The successful candidate will capture and document business, functional, non-functional, and operating model requirements, ensuring they are clear, traceable, and approved by stakeholders. Key responsibilities include facilitating workshops across Cyber Security, Technology Operations, and wider business teams to drive consensus on requirements, standards, and priorities.
