Job Description Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze and document ESG related requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for data and analytics solutions.
- Work closely with data engineering and data science teams to design and implement ESG reporting and analytics solutions.
- Analyze ESG datasets e.g. carbon emissions, sustainability metrics, compliance data to identify trends and insights.
- Support the development of ESG dashboards, KPIs and performance tracking frameworks.
- Ensure alignment with global ESG standards and frameworks e.g. GRI, SASB, TCFD, ISSB.
- Assist in defining data models, data governance and data quality standards for ESG reporting.
