Business Analyst

Key responsibilities: Business Analysis & Solution Support Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and document requirements (e.g. user stories, functional specifications, acceptance criteria) Support analysis of current processes and identify opportunities for improvement Assist in developing business cases or proposals where required Participate in discussions with product teams to understand feature priorities, recommend approaches that best meet business needs Requirement and Delivery Support Support the requirements lifecycle-from gathering inputs to validating requirements with stakeholders Assist in reviewing solution options and documenting recommendations Support testing activities (e.g. preparing test cases, reviewing test outcomes, SIT/UAT) Track issues and follow up on resolution Governance & Coordination Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to support delivery activities Assist in organising discussions, workshops and requirement walkthroughs S...
