We are seeking experienced Business Analysts to drive the transformation of Corporate Digital Banking platform. This role involves partnering with Product Owners to document platform behavior, and collaborating with UX and Technology teams to design seamless user journeys for Corporate and SME customers.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Product Owners to define and document functional and non-functional requirements for key business banking capabilities, including account services, payments, cash management, corporate cards, trade finance, loans, and user administration.
- Create detailed business process flows, user journeys, and functional specifications that reflect both client needs and internal requirements.
