Business Analyst
Responsibilities:- Involved in the end-to-end development lifecycle, covering requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment as well as maintenance
- Engage stakeholders across the organisation to conduct business process reengineering exercises
- Facilitate workshops and interviews with process owners and end-users to develop a thorough understanding of existing workflows
- Identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and bottlenecks, and propose streamlined future-state processes
- Document agreed re-engineered processes clearly and work closely with the relevant stakeholders to ensure solutions are built to specification
