Business Analyst

Role: Business Analyst · Engage stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document functional and non-functional requirements; · Identify system enhancement opportunities and translating business needs into business requirement documents; · Review implementation plans, manage application product backlogs, and collaborate with business stakeholders, external parties, and ICT providers for operational, maintenance, and enhancement activities; · Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts such as using Tricentis Tosca for functional and regression testing across frontend, backend, and integration workflows; · Validate system enhancements against business expectations, track and manage defects from creation to closure, and ensure project delivery compliance with relevant policies and guidelines; and · Provide regular updates on testing/work progress, backlog status, system enhancements, defects, and operational issues to project stakeholder.
