Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing systems, workflows, and application behavior to understand business processes and functionalities.
• Gather, document, and organize business and system requirements into detailed System Requirement Specifications (SRS).
• Conduct meetings and workshops with clients and stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure alignment.
• Create and develop Test Suites and test scenarios based on documented requirements.
• Perform System Integration Testing (SIT) to ensure system functionality matches expected behavior.
• Document SIT results, findings, and identified issues.
• Investigate, analyze, and log system defects, and coordinate closely with developers for resolution.
• Support users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by providing guidance and clarifications on system functionality.
• Coordinate with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues identified during UAT.
