   Your responsibilities will include: 
 Review and maintain the council's Business Analysis Framework
 Build strategic alignment between IT and the business
 Manage and lead a high-performing team of business analysts across multiple projects
 Mature the Business Analyst Practice by apply industry standard practices
 Conduct quality reviews of analysis work and artefacts produced by business analysts.
 Scope and plan the Business Analysis elements of project delivery
