Hybrid: 3 days in-office
Anchor days: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday.

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
- 5+ years as a Data/Business Analyst with proven experience in data migration projects , documenting end-to-end data lineage, and creating source-to-target mappings.
- 3-5 years of strong SQL experience (specifically SQL Server) writing and analyzing complex queries and stored procedures to profile data and identify inconsistencies.
