Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 10+ years in sales , with at least 5 years in a leadership role (Sales Manager / Head of Sales / Director)
• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets and building high-performing sales teams
• Experience in B2B sales, franchise development, business brokerage, real estate, or consulting is a strong plus
• Strong understanding of franchising, business expansion, or recruitment models
• Skilled in sales strategy, pipeline management, and forecasting
• Confident leading and mentoring sales teams and brokers
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
